Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
