Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the required knowledge.
