Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the accuracy of inventory and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
