Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Perform inventory tasks and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
