Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform additional assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
