We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
