Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and monitor inventory accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer inquiries, and utilize store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
