Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and cleaning tasks to maintain store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
