Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on product inventory and other issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
