Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring store operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
