Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
