Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other operational aspects.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality.

Physical Demands

The role requires stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and various physical tasks in the store. Ability to sit, stand, reach, push, pull, and move around the store is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Operational knowledge of store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
