Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and enforce cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using equipment and following company guidelines
• Strong communication skills, team player, and detail-oriented
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
