Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Type

• Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various tasks around the store.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate equipment and follow company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
