Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Physical Demands
Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various store tasks. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and carry out duties with or without accommodation.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
Education and Experience
