Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and operating equipment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
