Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will be responsible for effectively merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior customer shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall retail environment.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines for security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and equipment
• Capable of meeting company policies and standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
