Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, provides exceptional customer service, and assists with stocking and merchandising products.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist with store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
