Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform cleaning tasks and follow company guidelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
