Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
