Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain product displays.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
