Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to maintain the store and enhance the customer shopping experience. Your daily responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, participate in inventory counts, and ensure the store's cleanliness and organization. This role requires physical abilities such as lifting and stocking merchandise, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service experience
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Skills in operating store equipment
• Attention to detail and organization
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
