Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
