Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
