Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure data confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
