Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and maintaining accuracy
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and according to company standards
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve overall store operations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
