Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
