Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and that customers have a pleasant shopping experience. This position offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
