Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will be responsible for cashiering, merchandising, and stocking products, ensuring the store looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts as required and uphold cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role at ALDI.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills with the ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with prior retail experience.
