Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Join us in providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively to uphold ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
