Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and the overall shopping experience is top-notch.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and replenish shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
