Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandised, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves with a high level of accuracy
• Operate cash registers efficiently and provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team
• Conduct general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly store
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
