Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a tidy appearance, assisting customers in their shopping experience, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies
• Execute general cleaning duties and operate store equipment efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
