Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Experience in retail and operation of cash registers preferred.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
