Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
