Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Execute tasks according to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Interact with customers, assist them with their shopping needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering feedback and insights on store operations.
- Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
