Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and service improvements.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
