Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve working collaboratively with the Aldi team and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service, operate a cash register accurately, and handle store equipment properly.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
