Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report product issues
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Maintain cleanliness to company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently and within a team
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
