Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers a starting wage of $19.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold company standards.
• Follow established procedures for inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle products safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
