Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a responsible Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be involved in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, uphold security, and assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
