Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain clean store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
