Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 required.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
