Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, cashiering, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning and following company standards.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
