Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
