Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle customer transactions and operate store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience a plus.
