Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and lifting objects up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is an asset.
