Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer friendly and efficient customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and handle equipment responsibly.
• Execute general cleaning tasks according to standards.
• Understand and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A blend of education and experience will be considered.
