Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions accurately.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
