Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Contribute to store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
